PUBLIC OFFER
General Provisions
This document constitutes a legally binding public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) issued by Fashion Scientist Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with its principal place of business at Metcalfe Court, SE10 0EL, London, UK, Company Number 16364379 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or “Service Provider”).
This Offer sets out the terms under which services listed on the website www.ayalisch.com (the “Website”) are provided. The Offer is addressed to an unlimited number of individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). It constitutes an invitation to enter into a legally binding agreement for the provision of styling and fashion consultancy services.
By accepting this Offer in the manner described herein, the Client agrees to be bound by its terms.
1. Subject of the Offer
1.1. The Seller agrees to provide the services as advertised on the Website, and the Client agrees to purchase and pay for such services under the terms of this Offer.
1.2. Services provided include personal styling, fashion consulting, and any other services listed on the Website. All services are delivered digitally; no physical goods are included.
2. Acceptance of the Offer
2.1. Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer occurs when the Client places an order via the Website and completes payment for the selected services.
2.2. By clicking the “Buy” or similar confirmation button and submitting payment, the Client confirms their acceptance of these terms and enters into a legally binding agreement with the Seller.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Seller agrees to:
Provide the Client with the selected services in accordance with the descriptions on the Website.
Deliver services to a satisfactory quality and within any stated timeframes.
3.2. The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service fulfilment (e.g., name, contact details).
Make full payment in advance using an accepted payment method.
Accept the completed service unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Service Costs
All prices are stated in British pounds sterling (GBP). Prices may be updated from time to time and will be clearly displayed at the time of order.
4.2. Payment Methods
Payment must be made in full before service delivery. Accepted payment methods include major debit or credit cards via secure third-party payment processors. Transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees if paying from a non-GBP account, depending on your card issuer's exchange rate.
4.3. Payment Restrictions
Payments from sanctioned jurisdictions or card issuers subject to international restrictions may be blocked. The Seller reserves the right to refuse payment from certain locations or payment providers if required by law.
4.4. No payment will be accepted from cards issued in the Russian Federation and Belarus.
5. Refunds
5.1. Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke and digital nature of services, refunds are not normally provided once a service has commenced or been delivered.
5.2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in the event of non-delivery of services due to a fault on the part of the Seller or a verified force majeure event.
5.3. Refund Requests
To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request with relevant supporting documentation. Each case will be reviewed individually. A decision will be issued within 14 business days of the request.
6. Liability
6.1. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to actions or omissions by the Client or third parties.
6.2. All services are provided online. The Seller is not responsible for any technical issues on the Client’s side that may affect service delivery.
7. Data Protection
7.1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Client data will only be used for the fulfilment of services and related communications, and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
8. Terms and Amendments
8.1. This Offer takes effect from the date of publication on the Website and remains valid until withdrawn or replaced by the Seller.
8.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this Offer at any time. Amendments will become effective upon their publication on the Website and will apply to all new transactions thereafter.
